How can people in big animal suits (for example, Mickey Mouse at Disney world and such) handle being in those big huge suits for so long? Doesn’t it get sweaty in there? Isn’t that kind of unhealthy (and frankly, a little gross)?

there is a fan system in the head, and most of the time the body has pockets in multiple places for ice packs. also, mickey at disney works about 15 minutes an hour. the rest of the time he is in the green room with the head off, chilling out.

help with the Disney World website… when checking availability of accomodation?

so on the disney world website: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/
…i went to “Plan”, then “Pricing Guide”…
i filled in the info & clicked “Check Recommendations”
then a whole bunch of hotel recommendations comes up underneath, and i move my mouse over a hotel and a screen comes up that says “Check Availability”.. and you have to click on the tiny calendar picture to select your arrival date…

HOWEVER, i’m unable to click on any dates in the calendar! i’ve even gone through the calendar all the way to the year 2014, and still i’m unable to click any of the dates! does this mean that ALL the dates are unavailable even up to the year 2014 are unavailable??

Disney’s website is notoriously flakely. Which is weird, because you would think that Disney could pull off a good website if anyone can. Try again later. It does things like this all the time.

Do you think that Kingdom Hearts should exist at Disneyland?

Since Disney created the Kingdom Hearts series, do you think that Disney should create a section in the park that is a shrine to Kingdom Hearts, complete with rides, resturants, and shops?

I love the Kingdom Heart series. It would be nice to see something in one of the parks. A ride would be nice… something like the Monsters, Inc ride on at Disneyland and a shop. I really don’t see them designing a complete area dedicated to Kingdom Hearts but a ride would be great.

We are decorating my 3YO’s room in a vintage airplane theme. The room looks really nice and our family is also really into Disney.
