Disneyland Blue Bayou Menu

How and where do you make reservations at the Blue Bayou in Disneyland? Menu selections?

It is my understanding you have to go somewhere to make reservations early as soon as you get to Disneyland. They seat you according to when you made reservation, not when you actually get there at the restaurant to eat. Tell me where do I go to make the reservation early in the morning and what are the menu selections?

Reservations can be made at the entrance to the restaurant and I think you can also call Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE, or (714) 781-3463.
They have gumbo, jambalaya, montecristo sandwiches, soup salads… something to suit everyone pretty much..
food is on the expensive side… its pretty, but the best place to sit is near the water…
